Before the entries close a refund will be given regardless of the reason for withdrawing less a $20 bookkeeping fee.
After entries close, a vet or doctors certificate is needed for a refund.
A Vet or doctors certificate must be posted to Bobbee McClymont 29 Smythe Drive Kalgoorlie WA 6430 BEFORE the start of the event.
